1. General Questions

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 14 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping and free returns, so you can try our products risk-free.

2. Product Questions - Glowora IPL Device

What does IPL mean?

Good question!

 

IPL, short for “intense pulsed light,” works similarly to laser hair removal but has the added benefit of being easier and safer to use at home.

 

Glowora is a portable device that targets unwanted hair by directing light pulses (IPL) to the hair roots, effectively eliminating them without damaging the skin. Because it inhibits hair regrowth, it offers a long-lasting hair reduction solution.

Where can I use Glowora?

You can use Glowora on almost any part of your body where you want to remove unwanted hair. Whether on the legs, arms, in the bikini area, on the face below the cheekbones or elsewhere, Glowora can be used effectively.

When will my hair be gone?

Glowora has received certification for long-term hair removal results with regular use. It typically takes about 12 applications or 6-12 weeks, depending on your treatment plan, to achieve these results. However, you can expect to see a significant reduction in hair growth after just 3 or 4 uses!

Is Glowora IPL suitable for all skin and hair colours?

Glowora Silk3, as every other IPL, is not suitable for all skin tones and hair types. Find out which skin tones and hair types the Glowora Silk3 IPL is suitable for below.

 

During IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatment, the energy of the light is absorbed by the melanin (a type of pigment) in the hair. Since light blonde, grey and white hair contains no or not enough melanin, IPL treatment does not work on these hair colours. Red hair contains a different type of melanin that also does not respond to IPL.

 

Glowora Silk3 IPL is also not suitable for naturally dark skin tones as the device can cause skin damage such as: B. Burns, blisters or discoloration.

 

None of the Glowora models are suitable for use with light blonde, white, grey or red hair.

Currently, we do not offer instalments plan. However, if you use PayPal payment method, you can use the Pay in 3 option.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies depending on your location. For UK, once the order has been processed  & shipped, it would normally take between 3-5 business days. For Ireland, please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

Currently, there are no shipping costs associated with products purchased on our website.
